The coconut oil production line mainly includes crushing section, cooking section, oil pressing section, refining and deacidification section, blanching section and processing deodorization section. 2. Copra crushing
Using a toothed roller mill, copra is crushed into small pieces, which is convenient for cooking and oil extraction. The pieces ground by a gear roller mill are uniform in size.

4. Pre-pressing
Since the oil content in copra is 52-72%, double pressing technology is used to extract copra oil as much as possible. The prepared copra is transported to the prepress machine by elevator. This coconut oil processing machine can extract 70% of the oil, and the residual oil content of the cake is about 15-20%. The copra oil making machine works continuously, has high productivity and takes up little space.
5. Twice pressThe pre-compressed cake is sent to an oil press and pressed again to minimize the amount of residual oil in the cake. The adopted copra oil press has high production efficiency, easy to operate and maintain. The level of residual oil in the cake after two pressings is approximately 5-8%.
6. Filtration of raw coconut oilPre-pressing and double-pressed copra oil is filtered to reduce impurities, resulting in better preparation for copra oil processing.
7. Copra oil cakeAfter two pressings, the cake is crushed and measured, then bagged and sealed.
Raw coconut oil processing process: Raw coconut oil → Refining → Deacidification → Bleaching → Deodorization → Refined coconut oil.
1. Copra Oil Deacidification Section
The refined oil goes into a mixing tank and clay is added to ensure complete mixing. The oil and clay mixture is pumped into the bleaching tower. When heated under vacuum in a bleaching tower, the pigment contained in the oil is absorbed into the bleaching clay. The mixture is then pumped into a sheet filter and the clay waste is removed.
3. Crude oil deodorization sectionThe bleached oil is deodorized in a deodorizing tower by steam distillation under high vacuum. Free fatty acids and unpleasant odors are eliminated. The removed fatty acid will be collected by the reducing agent and then used as a by-product.
